Mixmag Review of the Tigerstyle track Kudi.
You thought Tiger was an unusual name until you started reading this month’s electro page, etc. Tigerstyle here combines Indian-sounding vocals with an electro ethic that could be bhangra’s biggest dancefloor contender since Panjabi MC sampled the theme to Knight Rider. A Shizzio & Big Narstie, G-TA and Nucleya do the remix shifts.
Nucleya’s is a fidgety intriguer – the other two are electro-breaks and dubstep respectively.

Nucleya from New Delhi whacked up a volume that, in his prime, left many smiling. His set is slick and exciting-with an energy and enthusiasm that burns from start to finish. If he continue with the same appeal-things might just get supernova in the current form.

The last stop on the India Goes 3D tour, and it’s likely to be the messiest. Daniel Haaksman + Nucleya bring big, tropical bass to Hauz Khas Village.
BERLIN | DANIEL HAAKSMAN
Few individuals can claim to have done as much for musical exchange across the globe as DJ, producer and label head Daniel Haaksman. Haaksman started Man Recordings to give the sound of Rio de Janeiro the Berlin treatment, and it remains the only label outside Brazil that releases baile funk. The DJ’s finally landed in Delhi with his tropical sound; a playing a club-friendly mix of baile funk, kuduro, raved-up samba, and UK funky.

Nucleya from Delhi (spelled “Nuclear”) is one of the current Indian innovators that look beyond the usual groove formats. The DJ and producer uses elements of both Indian traditional music (mainly from South India) as well as dubstep and Moombathon. He remixed Tigerstyle lately and is about to drop his first official EP this summer.

Free Music :
One of Sunburn’s best-kept secrets this year was the bass stage. All though the festival is predominantly house, progressive, techno and trance oriented, Sunburn decided to pony up and add a dedicated Bass Music stage for 2011, which was steered mainly by the very talented locals with additional support from myself on the eve of the first night. It’s incredible how fast the Bass music bug has spread across the face of the planet and India is no exception. Artists like Mumbai’s B.R.E.E.D. and Delhi-based Nucleya are making deadly beats with an impressively futuristic slant and, while some of their tunes will fit into my set seamlessly, some of it really doesn’t sound like music from any where else in the world right now… which is even better!
Delhi’s most cutting-edge electronic music producer, Nucleya, and Delhi’s rudest disco godfather, Su-Real, bring into Delhi for the first time a night dedicated to the bass heavy, dancehall ready, super psychedelic sounds of MOOMBAHTON
Got my copy – Thanks Universal Music India for sending it through.

Taken from Craig’s post :
Word Sound Power is a collaboration between Dalit rights activist and folk singer Bant Singh, junglist MC Delhi Sultanate, and India-based New York producer Chris McGuiness. Strictly speaking , this one isn’t a mixtape – it’s a 2 EP download – but it’s new, its great and it’s free, so it’s going in this list. The second EP features remixes by domestic and international producers; the remix by Nucleya, rising star of Indian bass music, is a particular standout.

New Delhi bass champion Nucleya delivers a slickly produced Mumbahton banger. Bant Singh’s voice is harmonized, used as a lead, and transformed into an air horn above window rattling bass and a hard hitting dance floor drums.
